TriOffice is a UK-based investment and asset management business. Launched in 2024 as part of Tri7 (now part of Fusion Group), TriOffice focuses on acquiring and repositioning office assets in prime micro-locations across London and the major UK regional cities. The investment thesis & repositioning strategy is underpinned by a generational opportunity to benefit from structural changes that have occurred within the UK office market. TriOffice targets value-add opportunities where assets can be refurbished or strategically upgraded to meet modern occupational needs and evolving sustainability standards. Our strategy combines deep market knowledge with hands-on asset management to unlock potential and deliver high-quality, future-fit workspaces that respond to occupier demand and long-term investment trends. The team comprises a highly experienced multi-disciplinary and multi-generational team, having collectively transacted in excess of £10bn of UK and European Real Estate transactions, with experience working for some of the most prolific companies in the real estate industry.
