Trippen combines modern design, highest aesthetic demands with environmental consciousness, sustainability and social responsibility. Our shoes are unique in their pattern technique and over the years, Trippen has developed its very own characteristic style of sculptural silhouettes. Since the the early 1990s, Angela Spieth and Michael Oehler have remained true to the original idea of designing shoes which individual components can be replaced. High-quality craftsmanship and reparability result in a sustainable product that is offered in a great variety thanks to its modular construction. All manufacturing takes place mostly in Trippen’s own German factory in Zehdenick, Brandenburg and in a small family businesses in Northern Italy. The natural materials are obtained exclusively from European suppliers. A number of international product design awards and collaborations with other fashion designers confirm the success of Trippen.
