We provide free, compassionate support and vital resources to help families navigate the challenges that come with losing a loved one, whether due to death, incarceration, addiction, or abandonment. Our mission is to foster resilience and growth, ensuring families can move forward with confidence and connection.
Founded in memory of Will Trippley—a promising athlete and student whose life was tragically cut short by gun violence in 2004—the Foundation was established by his mother, Pat, and Will’s friends. Their goal was to create a brighter future for Chester’s children by helping them and their families cope with life-altering hardships.
For over 17 years, the Foundation has been a pillar of support in Chester, serving more than 1,800 families across Delaware County.
We focus on serving families who are overwhelmed, under-resourced, and often unsure where to turn for support. Through programs like Camp Encouragement, Jovonne’s Healing Center, Healing Connections, and our partnership with the Healthy Kids Running Series, we support hundreds of children and their families each year. Our trauma-informed services include creative expression, practical coping strategies, community connection, and therapeutic support—helping families rebuild and thrive.
