TripSee Concierge is an intelligent guest CRM which uses SMS texting for recommendations, itineraries, and everyday requests. We are a service that improves guest satisfaction and retention through tech-forward communication and recommendation services. TripSee Concierge aims to bridge the gap between guests and the concierge, enhance the influence of the concierge and front desk, and provide a high-end custom experience. As a response to the growing influence of alternative lodging, such as VRBO and Airbnb, multiple hospitality periodicals have stressed the need for hotels to return to a focus on guest satisfaction, guest communication, and modern, tech-forward platforms. We provide an application that can be managed by the concierge (or any designated hotel representative) and then customized to the needs of the hotel.
