Trism token and trism fund are owned and operated by Trism Holdings Ltd. Trism tokens represent a virtual share of trism fund, a centralised holding of Ethereum, Bitcoin and Dai stable currency held in interest accumulating deposit accounts. Trism tokens are freely trade-able on DEX exchange and redeemable via swap at par fund value via a trustless smart contract provided by swaps.exchange. Trism is an ERC20 token with both holders and token supply visible on the Ethereum blockchain.
The fund is adjusted monthly to ensure equal weighting of assets held valued in US Dollars. Details of fund split and value are maintained for record on trism.io. Interest value gained in the month is recorded separately to overall fund value.
Trism fund assets are held in secure deposit accounts and accrue 5% interest in their respective coin or token by quantity held (subject to balancing).
Trism tokens are not intended to dilute or enhance the profitability of the fund, but provide individuals with access to a stable fund, transparent growth opportunity and the ability to freely trade and privately store asset value.
Trism will be available on various exchanges over time, initially trism will be traded on southxchange.com. An allocation of newly issued trism tokens can be swapped for Ethereum at a rate representing par value of trism fund on one day each month. The swap process is handled by smart contracts experts swaps.network.
