Triumph is a North Carolina based Critical Access Behavioral Healthcare Agency (CABHA) under The Saguaro Group of companies. Triumph has been providing community based services to North Carolina since 1999. We are committed to improving the behavioral health and well-being of children, adolescents, and families throughout our state. Our services cover over 25 counties and serve over 10,000 consumers each year. We accept Medicaid, NC Health Choice, and those who qualify for state funding.
