We are legal generalists who focus on the needs of life sciences companies. Our Managing Members, Michael Rivard and Wendy Rieder, have large firm training and extensive in-house experience in life sciences companies. In addition to legal skills, we also have experience in business and technology so we can integrate different perspectives into our legal work. Our name, TriUnity, comes from the three disciplines of legal, business, and technology together in one firm. We strive to work as efficiently and pragmatically as possible. We are problem solvers who help clients build value. We have a broad client base that includes sole proprietors, small biotechnology companies, and publicly traded companies. We stress quality and efficiency over our hourly rates. However, we understand that hourly rates are important to clients and, because of our low overhead business model, our rates are less than half of the hourly rates for partners at large firms in the Boston area.
