Trivista Projects

Trivista Projects was started in 2016 as a new business by Willmar Smith (B.Sc. Hons Quantity Surveying), Jaco le Roux (BSc. Hons Construction Management) and Arno van Heerden (B.Sc. Hons Construction Management), based in George, WC. The idea of combining the 3 different sections into one group was the main goal behind the establishment of Trivista Projects. Trivista can be subdivided into 2 groups: Development & Construction 1)Development: Trivista is busy developing a number of residential properties, available to the public for sale 2)Construction: Trivista acts as building contractor for the commercial & residential sectors, we will tender or quote on any type of project requested.
