TRK Care

TRK Care provides kids in foster care with a TRK Care Pack through Australian Foster Agencies. Each of these packs will include a range of products assessed and selected by TRK. These products will focus on several well-being strategies detailed below, to overall better equip children emotionally for the future through: - Recognising emotions and learning how to effectively process them - Highlighting the importance of self-care by fostering a health routine that focuses on sleep, nutrition, and movement - Cultivating a positive mindset, self confidence and gratitude practice - Teaching resilience in order to recover from life’s setbacks With the help of thoughtful reflective questions, prompted by the exercises included in a TRK Care Pack, children will be helped to create an important routine and structure for developing emotional intelligence and a growth mindset
