TRM Environmental (TRM) originated as a sole proprietorship in 2012, and became a women-owned partnership in early 2014, and certified as a New York State women-owned business in October 2016. It’s Chief Executive Manager, Catherine Dare, has spent her career developing trusting and lasting relationships with her colleagues and clients. TRM understands the documentation and communication requirements associated with construction observation and the need for appropriate material management/site management plans to prevent cost overruns and environmental impact.
Ms. Dare was accepted into The Entrepreneur Network's (TEN's) inaugural Women's Business Accelerator in 2018, SBA's Executive Coaching Syracuse Cohort in 2019, and most recently in NYPAs 2024 Cohort. Ms. Dare and the TRM TEAM are well versed in all aspects of horizontal construction, from roadway and municipal upgrades to environmental remedial construction and surface water management. The associates of TRM understand the critical nature of field work and environmental support while working with each client to ensure a timely and cost effective solution.
