Here at TRM, we work with organisations throughout Scotland and much of the UK, for all things document and records management. We specialise in digitisation of paper files, large format drawings, microfilm, bound books and fragile artwork, as well as confidential destruction - shredding. we are delighted to be the Document and Records Management division of the rapidly expanding and award winning Workflo Solutions Group. In addition to this, we also offer a selective secure storage with scan on demand setup for clients that decide digitisation isn't for them. However, due to space constraints in their own offices, are unable to store files or boxes but do require regular access to the files. We offer a full document management solution under one roof; consultation, scanning of all things paper, documents, drawings, bound books and of course microfilm. Based in Paisley, Scotland, we operate from our specifically designed and secure office, production and warehouse facility, just 5 minutes from Glasgow Airport. Working to the highest of ISO quality systems and by using production scanners, we digitally capture all an organisations documents, drawings and microfilm. This allows quick, simple, reliable and more importantly a cost effective solution to accessing your companies information via electronic media.
