troopUp, our organization is focused on conducting motivational and recreational bootcamps. This is with the sheer intention of making our youth mentally and physically conditioned to tackle any sort of challenges life throws at them. Our bootcamps include : 1. Military bootcamps- Military bootcamps in schools and other institutions to create awareness amongst our youth about the armed forces and give them exposure to military training methods. This is also to motivate them to consider it as a great career opportunity. 2. Mental strengthening - We conduct sessions on mental strengthening to help our youth become mentally strong , develop a positive mindset and improve their cognitive functions. This also helps them deal with pressures, challenges and stressors in life. 3. Hikes and treks- Organize constructively engaging hikes and treks with a military approach to build physical and mental strength & endurance while exploring our adventurous nature. This will also instill a sense of environmental ethics and help in socializing away from technology. 4. Sports & fitness -Conduct fun recreational sports and fitness events to promote the importance of maintaining a fit & healthy lifestyle.
