Tropic Group Builders (TGB) is a locally owned and operated construction company in the Solomon Islands founded by Justin and Ricky Fuo'o (father and son). With a team of over 100 skilled tradespeople, engineers, and project staff, TGB manages everything from construction to full fit-outs of commercial and private buildings. We are particularly proud that over 60% of our senior management team are women, with many others in key construction roles. Our primary clients include the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT), local banks, and state agencies such as Solomon Power, Solomon Water, and Telekom. TGB collaborates with local companies for smaller projects and partners with international firms on large-scale infrastructure work.
