Supporting the new adult generation through financing and mentorship is a changing game for the construction of a fair society. Tropical connects outstanding science professionals located in universities around the globe to minority Latino students and candidates in scientific programs, building an avenue for sharing their experience and promoting closer mentoring to guide students forward to mature professionals and citizens who can think critically.
