As part of the SLA, the site will be maintained by our top level System Manager, capable of dealing and solving immediately all different stages of problems in all types of computerized environments. Our system manager will guide the users how to fully utilize the existing computerized systems on the site.
The service offered by TROT includes fluent care taking for prevention of problems and maximizing system performance, wasted disk space cleaning, memory management, and all technical and security improvements of all types.
