Owned by Bernard Troy and in operation since 1978, Bernard hand selects all heifers and steer cattle by hand for his signature brand “Bernard Troy Signature range”. We export our locally sourced beef products all over Europe and parts of the world. BRC grade AA. Bord Bia accreditation, DAFM approved, Origin Green member.
