TRP Hungary

TRP Hungary is a group of companies operating in the field of motorsports, with TRP Events being its core business providing promotional, co-promotional or organisational services for Hungarian sporting and professional events. The group also features Motorsport Talent Management (MOTAM) and TRP Media, operating various media outlets. It was established in 2015 as Truck Race Promotion, with the initial mission to bring truck racing back to Hungary. Since then, it has become increasingly involved in the development of local motorsport events. Its activities has expanded since 2021 with the launch of MOTAM and the acquisition TRP Ltd. brought back truck racing to Hungary in 2015, after signing a 6-year contract with ETRA, promoter of the European Truck Racing Championship. Since then, the Hungarian round (known as Hungarian Truck Festival) has been held on the Hungaroring circuit, and in order to make the race weekend enjoyable for families, we added various activities for children to the event. As several well-known manufacturers attended on the Hungarian Truck Festival, we came up with the idea of a conference for the industry professionals. That's how the V4 Logistics Forum was born. The event, organized in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, hade the goal of creating a platform, where the logistics professionals of participating countries can conduct dialogues about the industry's latest trends, challenges and its future. In 2018 we successfully earned the right to organise a European Rally Championship round from 2019. The center of the event is at Nyíregyháza, while the stages run in the surrounding Zemplén and Tokaj regions. The first superspecial stage is held on the Rabócsiring circuit on paralell tracks, which includes a ramp, an illuminated water-wall and gravel to make the stage more colorful for the almost 8000 spectators. During the race weekend, the field takes the center of Nyíregyháza as well on a spectacular city stage.
