During the tender period we are able to visit site, attend meetings and adjudicate the tender with you in person. We will demonstrate and explain the bid in detail for you to help you make your commercial decision. We will provide the relevant supporting documentation, tender clarifications specific to the bid and any viable value engineering options. We are able to provide varied & detailed cost reports, in any format, whether they are internal material cost schedules for your procurement department or a schedule of rates for your client. Our tenders are prepared using the market leading estimating software from Amtech - mep.trimble.co.uk/estimating. We will continue to provide support through the post tender period, answer any queries and offer any necessary guidance up until the project award date. Estimating Package Our comprehensive package includes all aspects of the estimating process. We will send out enquiries, complete take offs, highlight tender discrepancies, attend meetings, produce the estimate on our estimation system, compile tender reports, adjudicate the tender with you, complete the tender pricing documents and provide tender clarifications.
