True Nature is here to guide you towards the most alive and wild parts of yourself. We have developed an approach that is rooted in building community between women, because deep healing and lasting change is most effective when we come together to support each other. Drawing on the core elements of our work: authentic relating, ritual, embodiment and nature connection, we are experienced in crafting powerful journeys of empowerment and self discovery.
