True Path Law Firm is a multi-disciplinary firm in Ontario with a particular focus on residential real estate closings. Its founding lawyer, Patrick Squire, brings extensive and unique high volume real estate experience, gained through senior management roles with Chicago Title Insurance Company and FNF Canada Company, where he was ultimately responsible for the issuance of hundreds of thousands of title insurance policies and mortgage loan documents across the country. While interacting with homeowners, real estate agents, lenders, brokers and other industry professionals, Patrick heard time and time again that the delivery of legal services had become uncaring, unpredictable and inconvenient.
