E.g. DEI strategy health check or DEI data roadmap exercise. >>> Upskilling teams and stakeholders improve their DEI competency and data skills. E.g. training courses like Get Data Ready for DEI, Building data-informed DEI stories, The Art of Storytelling. >>> Engaging leaders in a way that connects DEI to them and their business priorities. E.g. leadership workshops and engagement sessions on building DEI confidence. >>> Sharing cross-industry insights on what other organisations are doing with DEI. E.g. the Data Meets DEI Forum, an annual membership for DEI, HR and Data leaders who meet for roundtable discussions on challenges and best practice. Business highlights: >>> Designed and delivered a 6 month women's empowerment programme for construction company Costain which runs annually. >>> Advised the Selfridges Diversity Board on their priorities and metrics. >>> Conducted a Data and DEI current vs. future state assessment for WPP Global. >>> Delivered cross-functional leadership workshops on inclusive leadership, DEI strategy, and upskilling for Intercontinental Hotel Group, Ferrero, Royal Society of Musicians, Ubisoft (gaming) and MBDA (defence). >>> DEI engagement events at Google, Levi's, BCG, C&A, HSBC, Barclays, WPP.
