Cracks are manufactured with Trueflaw's thermal fatigue process. Thermal fatigue cracks are real cracks with natural crack properties. We manufature cracks both in client's own samples as well as on standard samples. The cracks are used for training, method development and performance demonstration.
Probability of detection evaluation is offered as a service. The service includes standard samples that meet the ASTM-E2861-21 criteria, a short presentation on POD and it's importance and the result analysis. You do the inspection, we do the analysis and you get the POD-curve.
