With 12 national and multi-regional builders currently active in Utah, there is an enormous demand for inventory but an unwillingness to endure the entitlement risk and timeline. Development Consulting- TRUE Land Co. is established to assist owners with projects that require a local management team to facilitate entitlement and development opportunities.
