Our founders, Ian Christensen and Ceira Doss, lead with integrity at the core of everything we do. Ian brings over twenty years of hands-on field experience, along with executive leadership know-how. Ceira, with almost ten years in Commercial Construction Project Management, is a connector of people and ideas, making things happen with style and tenacity. At True North, we take great pride in delivering not only top-notch construction services but also fostering trust through transparency and honesty in every project.
