We are a provider of telephone related services (VoIP Provider). We do not resell other peoples product (like ringcentral or vonage), we have our own servers in a datacenter near houston. We strive to provide every customer of ours 3 things: Flexibility, Scalability, and Cost savings.
We started off providing IT Support as Trueway IT Solution DBA in 2010, then as TruewayIT LLC in 2013, our phone system (the system we setup for ourselves) was our first hosted server. We soon realized that our passion was with VoIP and the VoIP platform that we use today so we started offering it as a product to our IT customers. Not long after that we decided to continue growing our IT Company but also expand our VoIP division, creating TruewayVoIP, LLC.
Our Target Customer is Medium Sized Business (25 - 150 Employees) that are looking be able to answer the business phone calls from anywhere, open up a new location with low overhead in the communications costs, or to save $$ by lowering their telecommunications costs. We are also interested in helping small callcenters with their managing and monitoring of call center agents with our CTI software.
