OUR STORY
We are Liv and Cornelious and together we created our dream family business to bring the unique taste of truffles to our fellow New York Foodies.
Roaming the country side of southern France with our beloved truffle hunting dog DeeDee started as a hobby while visiting Liv’s home. Each year, we spent long New York winters missing the incredible smell and taste that exahlted our holiday celebration.
We couldn’t stay nostalgic forever, so TRUFFLIN was born. The same freshly harvested truffles that we copiously shave on our Christmas dinner are now available in your favorite restaurants or in your own kitchen.
We only work with family and trusted farmers to guarantee the best quality and most authentic taste.
