TRU Finance is an outsourced finance function for limited companies and small businesses. I can help you concentrate on your core business by looking after financial admin and keep you in control by completing management reporting tasks such as: - Bespoke Budgeting, Forecasting, Cash-flow Forecasting, Sales Forecasting and Project planning - A/R & Credit control (Raising invoices to customers as well as monitoring and chasing payments) - A/P and cost reduction (Checking invoices received from customers and advising on which areas of spending could be reduced/money better spent) - G/L journal entries and account reconciliation (checking that your accounts system reflects reality for your business, keeping you in control) - Management accounts such as interpretation of results, which will assist you with pricing your product/service, costing your expenses and ensuring you business is run as profitably as possible. - If you are self-employed and acting as a sole trader I can also act as your HMRC Income Tax and VAT agent. - I have experience with implementing new finance software and testing data integrity, so can also assist with this to get you up and running on a short term or long term basis.
