We will not add any preservatives to increase the shelf life, we won't use any kind of external elements to increase the crispiness, we won't reuse the oil for later use and we don’t add any colours or flavours to increase the taste & colour of Banana Chips.
➲ Truly Authentic: We are using Nendran Banana which are mostly seen in Kerala with a lot of specialities including its taste, texture, and the nutritional facts. We are also procuring bananas which are ‘ organic ‘ in nature. These are not bigger in size. but we ensure it is authentic & organic
➲ No Artificial colours or flavours : We do not add any kind of preservatives or materials to give yellow colour. Instead of this we use ‘ turmeric ‘. In addition to providing taste and yellow colour turmeric has a lot of healing benefits.
➲ We use ‘ Coconut Oil ‘ : to ensure not to add any preservatives to increase the shelf life and to meet the taste preference of all the customers we use coconut oil. We will not ‘ reuse ‘ the oil because your health is more important for us than anything.
