Trust Primary Care Ltd (TPC) is a federation and voice of 17 GP practices located in and around Bradford. Our aim is to shape the future of primary care by delivering the highest quality healthcare services and by providing local access points for a developing range of core and non-core services. Each member practice retains total independence whilst collaborating in the further development of local primary care services. The objective is to put our patients at the heart of everything we do, maximising available resources and skills to ensure we provide a relevant and responsive service designed around what people really need.
TPC is all about sustaining excellence in primary care in the long-term to the benefit of all and provides extended services for patients, working to shape the future of primary care. The TPC Board is active in the wider Bradford healthcare community, including the Bradford District & Craven ICB, PCAG, LMC, People Committee, West Yorkshire Primary Care Steering Group and Access To Care Programme Board, amongst others.
In addition, TPC hosts the West Yorkshire Primary Care Workforce and Training Hub (PCWTH). PCWTHs are accredited to facilitate undergraduate and post-graduate multi-professional training placements. PCWTHs have an integrated learning ethos, placing education, training and development as a core part of everyday work. Our PCWTH team encourages integrated learning both inter-professionally and between learners at different stages of their learning journey. Our team works with HEE to address West Yorkshire workforce issues and encourages recruitment, development and mentoring of new roles within Primary Care.
