Trusted Solutions Group (TSG) is a DC Ward 8 based CBE, SBE and HUBZone that was founded in 2002 by Ray Douaire and Darrell Green. TSG provides First Source solutions as well as CBE participation for jobs that have these requirements. TSG delivers First Source solutions by focusing on the screening, hiring and development of DC residents. To date, TSG has employed well over 3,000 DC residents who through TSG’s targeted approach to hiring have been able to participate in the DC construction economy. When participating on a First Source project, TSG will provide common laborers, skilled laborers and certified flaggers who are DC residents and can be counted toward the First Source requirements for these labor categories. All laborers are on TSG payroll, WC and we do all LCP tracker reporting to DOES on behalf of our customers. TSG can also be utilized as a materials vendor so customers will receive CBE participation for the value of the provided labor as well as the sourcing of materials. TSG has participated on hundreds of projects all over DC, VA and MD and worked with countless subcontractors and GC's.
