Trusts Motion is a mental health organization that recognizes that mental illness does not discriminate, and we do not either. Our aim is to make mental health services available to everyone, regardless of their background or circumstances, and to end the stigma and discrimination surrounding mental health issues.
We believe that mental health is just as important as physical health and that it is critical for individuals to seek and receive help without fear of judgment or stigma. Unfortunately, many people who suffer from mental health issues are not confident enough to speak about it because of societal norms and stigmas surrounding mental health. We are committed to breaking down these barriers and making mental health resources and support more accessible to everyone.
At Trusts Motion, we offer access to mental health resources facilitated by practitioners and Mental Health Organizations, aiming to inspire hope and deliver change for everybody and every community we work with. Our main objective is to promote the development of young people in achieving their full mental, physical, intellectual, social, and spiritual potential, as individuals, as responsible citizens, and as members of their local, national, and international communities.
Through our services, we strive to build self-confidence, help individuals regain a sense of belonging, and learn to laugh again. We believe that transparency and reporting are essential to improving mental health outcomes and increasing community outreach. That is why we focus on raising awareness and encouraging the public study of mental health.
