Our costing is unique so you have the opportunity to include extra courses or create a bespoke training package to improve your staff’s confidence and skills for their job.
You can select from a wide range of courses including Moving and Handling, Safer Administration of Medication, Emergency First Aid, Health and Social Care Standards, Dementia: Stress & Distress, Human Rights, and lots more.
Your staff will be trained in person by a fully qualified and experienced Health and Social Care Trainer. All of the training courses you can choose from are based on best practice and research from sources such as the Care Inspectorate Hub, Health and Safety Executive (HSE), National Institute for Clinical Excellence (NICE), NMC and SSSC. Your staff will be trained using the principle of ‘discuss, demonstrate and practice’ for all practical courses. There is a multiple-choice exam at the end, as well as reflective practice and feedback forms to ensure the quality of the training has met their needs.
