Trusty is software built for title/escrow companies and attorneys to receive, send, and verify payments in and out of their accounts. Trusty is dedicated to ensuring every real estate payment is secure, simple, and convenient for all parties involved. Trusty offers two primary products: digital payment facilitation and payment instruction transmission and verification. Digital payment facilitation includes receiving and returning earnest money deposits and sending payments like agent commissions, seller proceeds, and vendor payoffs. Payment instruction transmission and verification include Trusty's wire instruction verification (WIV) feature that allows settlement companies to validate the end recipient of the wire before sending funds.
