TRYGONS is a pioneer composite parts’ manufacturer utilizing state-of-the-art technologies for the design & mass production of complex reinforced plastic parts. With 1500m2 facilities, advanced equipment & cross-sector composites’ experience, TRYGONS can minimize start-up & production costs, while delivering improved product quality on time. Since its foundation in 2005, the company has created & marketed competitive diving & other products, ranging from 100% carbon-fiber sunglasses to a 14-m carbon-fiber rib. TRYGONS’ cross-sector experience allows for the conception of out-of-the-box solutions for its customers. The company also holds several world records. In 2007, TRYGONS designed & manufactured the equipment for the ‘No-limits’ Freediving World Record by Herbert Nitsch. In 2013, TRYGONS designed & constructed the ‘EcoRunner’, the lightest ever commercial boat, that travelled the Aegean Sea, consuming barely 0,23ltrs of fuel per nautical mile. For manufacturing top quality composite parts, TRYGONS is fully equipped with CNC Milling Stations, Curing Furnaces, Autoclave, Resin Mixing & Injection Machines, Laboratory Equipment, Resins Storage Refrigerator & In-house Automation Machines. TRYGONS’ technical processes include: Autoclave Parts, Press Moulding, CNC Trimming, High-Precision CNC Moulds & Models, Cure Reaction Monitoring & In-house Mechanical Testing. TRYGONS has unique technical capabilities in: Product Design, Large Structures, Total Parting Lines Removal, Direct “A” Quality Surface, Complex Multiple Parts Moulds & In-Autoclave Infusion Technique, Single-Shot Complex Parts’ Infusion.
