🏓 Pong is Slack's intelligent hub for work questions. We help teams transform work data that would otherwise stay trapped in DMs, into a reusable asset. At most organizations that use Slack, teammates are encouraged to ask their questions in public channels so that answers are viewable and searchable for others, and indexable by software tools with access to the workspace. But in practice, many hesitate - worried about being judged for the questions they ask. And even when questions are asked, they often go unanswered in larger groups because people assume someone else will respond. As a result, many still prefer and default to DMs. The problem? DMs trap valuable institutional information behind privacy walls, making it unusable to others and invisible to the AI tools companies increasingly rely on. Pong solves this.
