Nasce nel 2013 da una approfondita analisi di marketing del comparto della distribuzione automatica italiana, dalla quale, in estrema sintesi, emerge che la distribuzione automatica o vending è un settore statico e poco propositivo in termini di idee.
Un comparto che ha smesso di porre al centro del proprio business il consumatore finale per focalizzarsi su logiche di altro tipo. Serve quindi ripensare a questo universo riportando i principi del marketing al centro della manovra strategica e sviluppando un nuovo concetto di “fare vending”, basato su un forte orientamento al cliente e ai suoi desideri, per generare valore aggiunto e quindi soddisfazione. In altre parole, un nuovo approccio al mercato che non veda il distributore automatico come attore protagonista ma bensì il cliente, attorno al quale tutto si deve muovere.
