It is our aim to provide care to all children to a standard of excellence which embraces fundamental principles of Good Care Practice, and that this may be witnessed and evaluated through the practice, conduct and control of quality care in the Home at all times.
It is our aim that for each individual child to get the most out of life and develop their skills and independence ready for adulthood. To ensure that all staff deliver a personalised and child centred approach in a therapeutic environment, and ensure that the child has a voice and that their wishes and feelings are advocated for.
Our services will equip our children with the necessary life skills to reach their full potential socially, emotionally and physically. TS Children’s Services will provide care for children with complex needs and challenging behaviours, including those who have experienced trauma.
