TSA Riley’s Claims, Disputes and Expert Witness (CDEW) team supports construction clients with specialist commercial advisory, scheduling and programming services—from procurement and documentation through to project controls, risk management, and expert services across both quantum and delay. We provide support throughout formal dispute processes, including adjudication, arbitration and litigation. This team was formerly DGA, a standalone business acquired by TSA Management in 2023. In 2024, TSA Management rebranded as TSA Riley, and the former DGA business became TSA Riley’s dedicated CDEW service line. Today, the CDEW team delivers expert advisory, dispute resolution and project secondment services as part of TSA Riley’s global offering—helping clients navigate complex commercial challenges.
