Trans Spectrum envisions a world where trans and gender expansive individuals are recognized and celebrated. Where trans/gender expansive people and their allies have free access to community support resources to live their lives as they see fit.
Trans Spectrum of AZ provides support to transgender, non-binary, and gender expansive individuals and their allies through community services.
Trans Spectrum of Arizona (TSAZ) is a 100% volunteer run organization which serves our transgender and gender expansive community as well as their SOFFA’s with peer support & various resources within the Greater Phoenix area. Trans Spectrum has been around since 2014 with a board of various different individuals that are a part of the community they serve. TSAZ offers in-person and virtual support groups weekly and/or monthly with the help of the facilitators that volunteer.
Our Peer Support groups are transgender and gender expansive focused but still serve a spectrum of individuals within that population that are LGBTQ+. Peer Support groups are made to be a safe space for participants to speak freely and gain support and/or resources. At the same time TSAZ provides a number of other resources like gender affirming donations, access to a free clothing closet, and local resource collection.
