In 2019 three partners decided that they were going to capitalize on the success and growth of their residential real estate team and use it as a springboard into other ventures. Licensed individually for over 20 years, Michael Sivel, Jennifer Rinella and Mark Malfara have established long standing relationships with many developers and builders, and felt it was time that they were on the other side of a real estate transaction, instead of solely facilitating the resulting sale of the project. Thus, TSG Properties was established in 2019. TSG Properties is the development arm of The Sivel Group specializing in boutique luxury property development.
