History TSI Contracts, Inc. was incorporated on August 6th, 2003 in Makati City Philippines. TSI Contracts, Inc. is a member of the 35 subsidiaries, affiliates and associates that forms TSI Group Malaysia under the holding company, TSI Holdings Sdn Bhd, Malaysia. Business The primary purpose of TSI Contracts, Inc. is to engage in and undertake multi-specialist contracting services in the Philippines for large scale new interior fit-out and renovation works for office, commercial, institutional and industrial buildings, hotels and resorts, including the business of marketing, trading and distribution of specialized premium building materials and architectural products. The Strategy The TSI Group Malaysia is strategically diversified and positioned in three core businesses - Specialist Contracting, Marketing & Engineering, and Construction & Property Development of which TSI Contracts, Inc. in the Philippines, is affiliated to TSI Group Malaysia and can capitalize and develop upon in tandem with the potential economic growth in the Philippines. TSI Contracts, Inc. strength comes from the synergy between the 35 member companies of TSI Group Malaysia, TSI Group Malaysia began as a specialist contractor involved in ceiling, flooring and partitioning works. Having successfully established its position in the specialist contracting arena in Malaysia, the Group began market and trade in wide range specialized premium building materials and architectural products to the building and construction industry in the Asian region.
