In 1998, Transition Services, Inc. (TSI) was established as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with a simple goal in mind: to provide meaningful employment to those with developmental disabilities.
For people with developmental disabilities, having the opportunity to work is often the single most important factor in achieving personal independence. Work also provides much-needed income and is a great source of pride for the people we serve. Because employment choices for people with disabilities are limited within our community, we operate six small business enterprises to ensure that meaningful work opportunities and the ability to learn new skills are available to the 400 individuals that we proudly serve today.
