MINIMUM DURATION M.Phil. Degree Holders: Full Time – 2 years Part Time – 3 years P.G. Degree Holders: Full Time – 3 years Part Time – 4 years MAXIMUM DURATION Upto five years from the date of registration. However, the research period can be extended after getting prior approval from the University. ADMISSION GUIDELINES Based on the academic record and the performance of the candidates in the test and the interview, the Departmental Selection Committee will recommend the names of candidates found suitable for admission to the PhD programme. Nachiketas Nandakumar TSM DOCTORAL PROGRAMME Candidates with Post Graduate Degree (First Class) in Management or related subjects are eligible for enrollment in the Ph.D. program (Refer Alagappa University Guidelines). The Institute offers Full-time as well as Part-time Ph.D. Programmes. The candidates can undertake a PhD in Accounts & Finance, Economics, Human Resources, Marketing & Strategy, or Operations & Supply Chain Management.
