The School of Martial Arts teaches a set of key forms of martial arts mainly comprising of Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Judo, Aikido, Kobudo and BJJ in Bangalore, India. We believe that martial arts is not the presence of aggression, it is the absence of untrained techniques, low-confidence, and lack of fitness.
