Tsuki Sake began in February 2020 with a mission to bring innovative and high quality sake production to the Salt Lake Valley for the first time. Our vision has bloomed since then to grow the American sake industry, and increase education and awareness as a whole around this beautiful beverage. In addition to creating domestic sake that pairs well with Japanese cuisine, our goal is to normalize it’s presence among modern American dining experiences.
