The Scovell Business Leadership Program (SBLP) at Texas Tech University's Rawls College of Business is dedicated to developing the next generation of business leaders through experiential learning, real-world application, and international exposure. Established in 2013 and renamed in 2019 to honor the Scovell family, the program offers business students unique opportunities to engage in leadership development, mentorship, and global business experiences. Our mission is to create "complete" students by focusing on academic excellence, leadership growth, and hands-on experiences, preparing them for success in today's competitive business environment.
