Tuan Loc Commodities (TLC)

Tuan Loc Commodities is a heavy assets-based coffee exporter with an extensive network of coffee assets, from upcountry mills to warehouses close to the sea-ports. Tuan Loc Commodities was created in 2019 as part of Tin Nghia Corporation, one of the Vietnam's largest business conglomerates. Since its inception in 1989, Tin Nghia Corporation company has built profitable and sustainable businesses in real estates, logistics, petroleum, and agriculture. In Sep 2021, Tuan Loc Commodities was taken over by Tuan Loc Group, who is also the majority shareholder of Tin Nghia Corporation. Following the take-over, Tuan Loc Group tripled the charter capital of Tuan Loc Commodities by 10 times to VND 400 billions (approx. US$ 18 millions).
