The Tube Mentorship Program is a bridge program designed to contribute to solving the Human Capital challenges in Africa by supporting University undergraduates in their transition from school to the world of work.
The program's goal is to enrich and support the professional, academic, and personal experiences of African Undergraduate students in order to assist them in the transition from academic to professional life.
The program is designed to bring together experienced professionals (mentors) and Nigerian university undergraduates seeking to make contacts and receive career guidance (mentees). Goals for each include:
- Develop skills required for the future of work through webinars and sessions with In-house and Expert facilitators.
- Leverage the experience of industry Professionals through one-on-one mentorship.
- Build a network of fellow graduates who will support them through the program and even after.
