Tumml

Tumml’s mission is to empower entrepreneurs to solve urban problems. We are a convening organization that brings together startups, policy leaders, corporations, and the tech community. Our goal is to share best practices to enhance the urban innovation ecosystem. We host convenings through our “Placemakers” event series. Examples of past Placemakers topics include “Housing Access & Affordability,” “Infrastructure & Innovation,” and “Technology & Criminal Justice Reform.” Additionally, from 2013-2017, Tumml ran an urban ventures accelerator. We provided funding and mentorship to entrepreneurs developing high-growth businesses addressing major urban challenges, such as Chariot, Neighborly, and Valor Water Analytics.
