Clubfoot in newborns Clubfoot is a congenital, structural anomaly of the foot and represents the most common congenital foot malposition. Globally, clubfoot affects 1 in 1000 newborns; 50% of the cases having bilateral clubfoot. In Kenya, there are 2000 cases of newborns born with clubfoot each year with only 40% having access to treatment.
